When I used to do video editing on my old computer the memory would sometimes run out of space and cause my editing program to “freeze up.” Sometimes I would have to wait until the cursor stopped spinning before continuing my work. Other times I’d have to press CTRL+ALT+DEL and risk losing everything. But when nothing else worked and I was stuck, I’d do a hard reset, shut down and start all over.

Have you ever needed to do a hard reset in life? When nothing seems to be working, you feel stuck, ran out of space and feel you just need to shut down and start all over? When you reboot your computer, it follows several commands to reset successfully. When you reset in life, don’t forget the things Christ has taught you. Don’t forget the commands stored in your heart. If life “freezes up” on you – reset. When you feel stuck – reset. It’s never too late to reset in Christ. And when you do, you’ll find the life Jesus has for you satisfying.
Don’t unplug. Just reset.
Heavenly Father, thank You for providing me with a way to reset in You. I will never forget the things You have taught me. I will store Your commands in my life so that I will live many years and my life will be satisfying. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
