There was a donkey that fell into a well and became stuck. The town’s people tried to pull him out but failed at every try. Giving up, they decided to put the donkey out of his misery by burying him inside the well. As they shoveled dirt into the well onto the donkey to bury it the people were amazed at what they saw. The donkey shook the dirt from his back onto the ground and stepped on it to rise out of the well.

If God allows someone to throw dirt on you, best believe He has a plan to use it for your good. For a seed to grow, it first has to be buried under dirt to become what it was created to become. Dirt don’t hurt. It helps! It pushes you closer to your destiny. Remember the next time someone plots against you or talks bad about you that God can take what they meant for evil and turn it into something good for you. You only need to remain faithful to Christ, focus on Him, and allow God to fight your battles.
Rise out your well
Heavenly Father, thank You for using what my enemy meant for evil for my good. I know no one has power unless You give it. And if You give it, it’s for my good. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
