God will never bless you with anything that’s going to take you away from Him. And until He knows He can trust you with what He wants to bless you with, you may be stuck with “a few things.” God wants to bless you with the job you want but doesn’t want you too tired from it to go to church Sunday to thank Him. God wants to bless you with your dream house, but not if fixing it up keeps you from spending time with Him.

When you show Jesus He can trust you with a few things then He knows you’re ready for increase. Then He knows you’re ready to be put in charge of many things! There’s so much Christ wants to do in your life, but have you shown Him He can trust you with it? Don’t forget to thank and praise Him now for what you have right now. There are plenty of people with less who would love to be as blessed as you. Be faithful over the few things He’s given you, so you can be ready for your increase.

Heavenly Father, thank You for what You have blessed me with. I want to hear You say, “Well done, good and faithful servant” and to be able to trust me with Your increase. Use me, Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
