Mind power is one of the strongest and most useful powers you possess. Your mind can take you around the world in seconds while you slip of into a daydream during a work meeting. Your mind can make you feel something is crawling on you when you’re watching a commercial about bug spray. Your mind can also make you think everyone is talking about you. It can make you feel unloved, troubled or afraid. But when you take control of your mind and heart and remember the gift Jesus gave you, you can turn that stinking thinking all around!

Just as you can allow your mind to think negatively, you can allow it to think positively. The great thing about this is you don’t have to rely on your own power to do this. Jesus gave you a gift: peace of mind and heart. And the first thing you do when someone gives you a gift is accept it! The world cannot rob you of this gift. It’s a decision you make. No matter what comes your way today, decide in your spirit, “I am not going to troubled. I am not going to be afraid. I will face whatever comes my way with the peace of mind and heart that Jesus gave me.”
